I know it’s been a while since I posted something of this vain so I thought it best to comeback with as much information as I could give you in one go. Some people have asked me over the years why I didn’t include a Bibliography in The Monographs and the answer is quite a simple one really. I was advised not to as the summation of the book was my research and experience of developing these skills that I had over what is now 2 decades of work.

So what I will list for you here are some of the time’s that I have reviewed and assimilated over the years. These form part of the work for the first 3 chapters of the book itself. If you aren’t sure what they are, then I guess you will just have to buy the book itself. Everything is readily available, however as I don’t belong to some of the circles in which these papers circulate, should you wish to read them then you will have to buy them. A matter that I believe is only right given the work that some of these learned folks put in for our benefit. If you can not locate the books or papers  online then google scholar would be your best bet.
